  A comfortable one night stay. We had room 6, which was very spacious and spotless. The food was lovely - a good menu - we had the fish and chips for dinner - rather a large plateful and we felt awful at having to leave so much. And plenty of choice at breakfast too. Staff we met were very pleasant and helpful. Our only 'negative' would be that there is no lift so a bit of a climb to the second floor if you're not as fit as you should be!

  They tried to serve me out of date mixers with my gin twice then had to admit they had no more. My friend was served out of date tonic 4 times!!! Obviously no one is checking the dates which I feel would be a basic & mandatory thing.
